The information on this site and the 'Subject-to-Audit Test' are for general information; they are not a binding audit opinion or legal or tax advice.
Subject-to-audit test
The scope of independent audit is determined by the total assets, net sales and headcount criteria set by a Council of Ministers/Presidential Decision and by the nature of the entity (listed, regulated sector and so on). Thresholds are updated from time to time; when taking the test, compare with the values in the current Decision. For a final determination, speak with an independent auditor or sworn-in accountant.
Audit opinion
An audit opinion is given only at the end of a completed audit in a signed audit report. This site and its content give no assurance on any financial statements.
