Subject-to-Independent-Audit Test

Pre-assess whether your company is subject to independent audit against total assets, net sales and headcount criteria. Answer using the current threshold values.

2. Did your balance sheet total assets exceed the threshold in the independent audit Decision?
3. Did your annual net sales revenue exceed the threshold amount in the Decision?
4. Did your average annual headcount exceed the threshold number in the Decision?
5. Is your company part of a corporate group whose consolidated financial statements are subject to independent audit?
6. Are you considering a voluntary independent audit for presentation to banks or investors?
